ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Dehradun organized an exhibition of the Institute under the guidance of Dr. M. Madhu, Director and Dr. Charan Singh, Chairman, Department of Human Resource Development, in the 19th Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Conference - 2024 (UCOST 2024) organized by Uttarakhand State Council of Science and Technology (UCOST), Dehradun on the theme "Water and Natural Resource Management in the Context of Uttarakhand" at Doon University, Dehradun from 28 to 30 November 2024, in which various technologies of the Institute were displayed.

The event was inaugurated by Shri Gurmeet Singh, Governor of Uttarakhand and Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Minister. During this, Shri Praveen Kumar Tomar, Senior Technical Officer and Shri Sonu Sharma, Technician of the Institute were present at the exhibition site. In the exhibition, students and visitors showed special interest in the technologies of the Institute and highly appreciated the efforts being made by the Institute. UCOST Director General Professor Durgesh Pant and Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker Mrs. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan also visited the exhibition and appreciated the work being done by the institute in the field of soil and water conservation and recorded their feedback in the visitor's book. During this period, about 300 visitors visited the exhibition.
